Slovak Republic National Scholarship Programme For Nigerians 

The Federal Ministry of Education invites interested and qualified Nigerians to participate in the 2024/2025 Slovakia National Scholarship Programme.

The scholarship is for postgraduate Programmes (Masters & PhD).

The scholarship covers living costs and travel allowances.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE TO APPLY 

Beginning of the scholarship stay:

Students: the earliest date of the beginning of the stay is 1 September 2024; the latest date of the beginning of the stay is 1 April 2025

PhD students: university teachers, researchers and artists: the earliest date of the beginning of the stay is 1 September 2024; the latest date of the beginning of the stay is 31 August 2025

Completion of the scholarship stay:

Students: the latest date of the completion of the stay is 31 August 2025

PhD students: university teachers, researchers and artists: the latest date of the completion of the stay is 30 November 2025

Note: When planning your scholarship stay, it is necessary to adhere to the terms and conditions of the National Scholarship Programme of the Slovak Republic; specific dates of the beginning/completion of your scholarship stay shall be stated clearly in the Admission/Invitation Letter issued by your host institution in Slovakia.

The deadline for submission of online application is 30th April. 2024
