Who Can Apply?
To be eligible, you should:
- Be from a Developing Country: According to the OECD DAC list, and have lived in your home country (or another developing country) for the past two years.
- Have a Strong Academic Background: Hold a four-year Bachelor’s degree (or a three-year degree plus another qualification) with excellent results. Your most recent degree should be obtained within the last six years.
- Have Relevant Professional Experience: Have at least two years of full-time work experience in a public authority or a private company in a developing country. This experience must be completed by February of the year you plan to start your studies.
- Note: This scholarship primarily targets non-academics, so university staff and academics are considered only in exceptional cases.
