NDRMF internship offers on-site and remote internships for the duration of 3 months. To be eligible for the internship applicants must be pursuing their bachelors degree in the fields related to Disaster & Risk Management, Environmental  Science, and Social  Sciences including Disaster Economics, Economics, and Development Studies.

The on-site internship will be held in the Islamabad office, selected applicants must be willing to relocate to the Capital for the duration of the internship. Eligiblity Criteria

On-Site Interns:

  • Qualification: Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree preferably in the fields of:
    • Disaster & Risk Management, Environmental Science, and Social Sciences including Disaster Economics, Economics, and Development Studies.
  • Age: Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years and Max 28 years old to be eligible
  • Residents of Rawalpindi/Islamabad or applicants willing to relocate to Islamabad are encouraged to apply.
  • Preference would be given to applicants having prior internship experience in larger organizations in the public development sectors.

Remote Interns

  • Qualification: The requirement of qualification is the same as for on-site interns
  • Applicants must come from remote areas of Pakistan
  • Must have a good internet connection and a pc/laptop to participate in the remote activities.
  • Applicants need to commit 15-20 hours per week to the program.
