About the job

• We are looking for an Export Consultant to oversee the development of international sales strategies, and manage key export operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute export strategies for African female entrepreneurs.
• Leverage your existing connections with export buyers to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage and optimize Amazon export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline export processes, including logistics, documentation, and customer service.
• Analyze market trends and buyer behavior to identify and pursue potential export markets.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve product listings, pricing, and marketing strategies on Amazon for international customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Export Consultant, specifically with Amazon exports.
• Established network of connections with export buyers across various markets.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export compliance.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management in an export context.
• Strong financial background.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Proven ability to prepare and manage a budget.
• Excellent Interpersonal, written, and oral communication
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, international trade, business administration, or related field.
• 3-4 years experience in export management and analyses.
