Job Description 

  • As an Office Assistant at HOPE, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing office tasks, and contributing to our mission of making a difference.
  • The Office Assistant will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office.
  • This role involves managing office tasks, assisting staff with various needs, and maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
  • The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills, and be able to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Greet visitors and manage reception duties, including answering and directing phone calls and emails.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing calendars for staff members.

Office Management:

  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, placing orders, and ensuring availability of necessary materials.
  • Manage office equipment, including arranging for repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity
