Role Overview
The Customer Success Recruitment Specialist will manage dual relationships with international clients (primarily in the United States and global markets) and job candidates. The role oversees the complete recruitment lifecycle—from initial sourcing, screening, and interview coordination to placement and post-onboarding follow-up.
Key Responsibilities

Client & Candidate Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients to understand hiring needs and maintain active candidate engagement.

Sourcing & Screening: Source, pre-screen, and shortlist candidates; perform initial assessments and phone interviews.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interview workflows between candidate pipelines and client hiring managers.

Process Tracking & Support: Maintain recruitment records, provide regular hiring pipeline updates to clients, and assist with candidate onboarding.

Quality Assurance: Address client and candidate inquiries promptly to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.

Communication Skills: Exceptional professional written and verbal English communication skills, with experience interfacing with U.S. and international clients.
