About The Agora Project
The Agora Project is a Kingdom-driven movement designed to train, gather, and deploy Christian marketplace leaders, entrepreneurs, creatives, policymakers, and innovators across Africa. Its core mission focuses on cultivating Christ-centered influence across twelve critical spheres of society, including Governance, Business, Science & Tech, Media, Education, and Social Reform.
Program Overview
The AGORA Fellowship Program 2026 (Cohort 2) is a nine-month, partially funded leadership experience for African leaders who want to build sustainable institutions and address real societal challenges through a faith-based lens.
Combining spiritual discipleship with practical systems-level leadership, the program brings together a selective cohort of 12 fellows for immersive residencies, enterprise mentoring, peer collaboration, and strategic exposure.
Core Program Components

Spiritual Discipleship & Leadership Formation: Intensive spiritual grounding paired with institutional leadership development.

Systems Leadership & Enterprise Mentoring: Practical guidance on building scalable organizations, businesses, and social enterprises.

Residency & Immersive Learning: On-site residential experiences and high-level strategic exposure.

Kingdom Impact Project (Capstone): Each fellow designs and executes a project addressing a specific societal challenge. Projects are evaluated during final commissioning by a judging panel including Praise Fowowe, Karen Ubani, and Bukky Femi Ajala.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for Cohort 2, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Nationality: Must be an African citizen.

Age Limit: Between 27 and 40 years old.

Professional Experience: Approximately 8 to 10 years of experience in business, public service, creative industries, ministry, or social innovation.

Career Level: Operating at a mid-level or mid-career capacity.

Enterprise Ownership: Must have a legally registered business or social enterprise operating in Africa.

Faith & Alignment: Spirit-filled leaders committed to integrating Christian principles into their professional field.
