Program Overview
The Engineering Graduate Trainee Program 2026 is an entry-level contract position designed to transition engineering graduates into the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) and food manufacturing sectors.
Trainees will gain hands-on operational experience at the company’s Onitsha manufacturing facility, learning how engineering principles apply to industrial production, technical operations, equipment reliability, and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities & Learning Areas

Production Operations: Apply engineering principles to optimize food manufacturing and processing lines.

Technical Support: Assist with equipment maintenance, operational efficiency, and production performance.

Quality & Safety Compliance: Understand how engineering systems support NIS ISO 9001:2015 quality standards, food safety, and regulatory requirements.

Product Exposure: Gain practical exposure to the processing systems used for seasonings, beverages, pastes, and dehydrated food products.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Education: First degree (B.Sc./B.Eng./Tech) in any Engineering-related discipline.

Academic Grade: Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) or equivalent.

National Service: Must have fully completed the NYSC program.

Age Limit: Maximum of 27 years old at the time of application.

Location: Must currently reside in Onitsha or be willing to relocate to Onitsha, Anambra State for the duration of the program.
