About the Role
We are looking for a creative, confident, and camera-ready Social Media Content Creator to transform beauty concepts and products into engaging short-form videos and visual social content. Working fully remote from anywhere in Nigeria, you will take total ownership of content creation—from initial ideation, filming, and video editing to post-production and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Production: Film and edit engaging short-form video content, including TikToks, Instagram Reels, beauty tutorials, product demonstrations, reviews, and behind-the-scenes footage.

Storytelling & Copywriting: Write strong video hooks, structured scripts, compelling captions, and clear calls-to-action (CTAs).

Graphic Design & Branding: Create branded graphics, promotional assets, and announcements using tools like Canva.

Trend & Platform Management: Stay ahead of social media trends, viral sounds, and content formats across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Community & Engagement: Monitor comments, respond promptly to audience inquiries, and build an active online community.

Quality Assurance: Manage lighting, background framing, sound quality, and overall presentation to maintain high production standards.
Eligibility & Requirements

Education: Minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent degree.

Experience: At least 2 years of proven content creation experience (preferably in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or lifestyle).

Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro) and basic graphic design tools (Canva).

Media Equipment: Ability to confidently film using smartphones or digital cameras, along with ring lights and microphones.

Portfolio: A strong, professional portfolio showcasing past social media content, editing capabilities, and video quality.

Nice to Have: Practical knowledge of makeup products, beauty routines, and current social media algorithm tactics.
