About the Role

Moniepoint is recruiting a Data Entry Officer to manage merchant onboarding and platform data accuracy on the Moniebook platform. Based in Kano (Fagge and Nasarawa), the Data Entry Officer will collaborate with Onboarding Specialists and Account Managers to input, structure, validate, and clean merchant product catalogs, SKUs, inventory, and pricing data to ensure error-free go-lives.
Key Responsibilities

Record Management: Input, clean, update, and manage merchant account details, pricing structures, and product SKUs within Moniebook.

Bulk Data Processing: Execute bulk CSV and Excel spreadsheet data imports while validating formatting and completeness prior to deployment.

Data Quality Assurance: Conduct continuous data validation to eliminate duplicates, identify errors, and maintain a minimum 99%+ accuracy rate.

Onboarding Support: Pre-configure merchant catalog structures, tax settings, and payment parameters within defined service level agreements (SLAs).

Process Documentation: Maintain comprehensive import logs and document recurring operational bottlenecks in the internal CRM.
Eligibility Criteria & Minimum Requirements

Education & NYSC: Bachelor’s Degree / HND; must have completed NYSC (Discharge Certificate or valid Exemption Certificate required).

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in data entry, data operations, or data cleaning—preferably within SaaS, fintech, or retail tech environments.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (data cleaning, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and logical formulas).

Tool Familiarity: Hands-on experience with CRM systems, point-of-sale (POS) back-office tools, or inventory platforms.

Location: Must currently reside in or be able to work hybrid from Kano State (Fagge or Nasarawa).
