Eligibility & Qualification Requirements

Qualifications: Candidates must possess a PhD, Master’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or HND in the relevant field.

Professional Registrations: Mandatory membership with applicable professional bodies where specified (e.g., MDCN for Medical Officers, NMCN for Nurses, MLSCN for Lab Scientists, COREN/CORBON/ARCON/QSRBN/TOPREC for engineering and built environment roles).

NYSC: NYSC Discharge, Exemption, or Exclusion Certificate is required for all degree/HND holders.

Age Limit: First-time entry applicants into the Public Service must be under 50 years of age upon resumption.
