The Finance Manager at E-Clinic & Diagnostic Ltd is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all financial operations of the facility. This includes managing payments for procured medical and administrative supplies, handling payroll, and supervising the finance-related personnel such as the cashier, billing officer, and inventory manager.

The role is pivotal in ensuring financial accuracy, liquidity, compliance, and operational efficiency within the clinic.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage clinic financing and ensure liquidity for operations.
  • Process and monitor payments for all procured items and services.
  • Coordinate and execute monthly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment of staff salaries, pension, commissions and rebates.
  • Supervise and support the cashier in managing daily cash inflow/outflow and bank transactions.
  • Oversee the billing officer to ensure accurate service billing and prompt invoicing.
  • Monitor inventory control processes in collaboration with the inventory manager.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports and advise management on financial matters.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. ( ICAN, ACCA is an added advantage).
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare or diagnostic setting.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, Nigerian tax laws, procurement procedures, and financial software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and ERP.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
