We are here with an exciting fully funded scholarship opportunity that you should not miss out on! Applications are open for the University of Hawaii at Manoa ADB Japan Scholarship 2025.  The Asian Development Bank – Japan scholarship program offers a master’s degree in approved fields at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa and also supports participation in the educational and leadership development program at the East-West Center.

The scholarships are offered to the citizens of ADB member developing countries, the ADB-JSP scholarship aims to provide financial assistance to the well-qualified citizens of ADB member countries to undertake graduate studies in management, science, economics, technology, or other related fields. The University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa is one of the top-ranked institutes in Honolulu, United States, and ranks 488 globally as per QS World Ranking 2025.

The east-west center is currently accepting applications for the Asian Development Bank Japan scholarship program for the fall of 2025, check more details below.

Eligiblity Criteria

  • Nationality: Be a citizen of ADB developing member country
  • Age Requirement: Not be more than 35 years old
  • Qualification: Hold an undergraduate degree program
  • Experience: At least 2 years of work experience after graduation
  • English Test: Candidates are required to take either one of the English tests (TOEFL, Dulingo, IELTS)

Ineligibility:

  • Applicants do not belong to ADB developing member country
  • Applicants who are applying for the second masters
  • Have secured any previous degree from abroad
  • Currently not working or present in their home country

How to Apply?

To apply for the scholarship you need to apply for admission to one of the approved master’s degree programs mentioned above because while filling out the scholarship application form you have to submit proof of University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa (UH) Application submission.

With the Institute application acknowledgment receipt, you won’t be able to start with your application.
