Job Description

  • we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive revenue growth.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech or financial services sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for fintech products/services.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations in sales processes.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience in fintech or financial services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of fintech products and market trends.
  • Experience in team leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
