Requirements
If you want to be part of this graduate trainee programme, you must meet the following requirements:-
- Candidates must have strong analytical and communication skills, demonstrating a genuine passion for the banking industry.
- Candidates must hold a university degree with a minimum of a Second Class Upper Division. Professional qualifications or certifications will be a bonus.
- Candidates must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Candidates must be adaptable and capable of handling different tasks in various locations.
- Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills, allowing them to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, regardless of age, gender, religion, or ethnicity.
- Candidates must be committed to both personal and company growth, showing dedication to achieving set goals.
- Candidates must be physically and mentally fit for the job.
- Candidates must have a valid means of identification, such as a driver’s license, National Identification Card, International Passport, or Voter’s Card.
- Knowledge of computer applications is a plus.
- Candidates must be able to think strategically to solve complex business problems and develop practical solutions.
- Candidates must have advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English, able to communicate clearly and confidently in a professional setting.

Application Process for PremiumTrust Bank Graduate Trainee Program 2025
After submitting your application, the selection process will involve several stages:
- Reviewing Applications: The HR team will look at all the job applications and select the best based on qualifications and suitability for the program.
- Online Tests: Those chosen will be asked to take online tests, including skills and situational judgment assessments.
- Assessment Center: Candidates who do well in the online tests will be invited to an assessment centre. Here, they’ll participate in group activities, interviews, and presentations.
- Final Interview: The top candidates from the assessment centre will have a last interview with the bank’s senior management team.
- Job Offer and Starting: Successful candidates will be offered a spot in the PremiumTrust Bank Graduate Trainee Program. Before starting their training, they’ll undergo an orientation and onboarding process.
