The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) exists to support graduates as they navigate complex labour markets to access meaningful work and employment after they graduate. It serves as a bridge connecting fresh graduates to work opportunities that exist within public and private sector entities.
About the Programme
The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) is a Federal Government of Nigeria initiative funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). It seeks to address the unemployment challenge by connecting talented Nigerian graduates with job placement opportunities in Host Organizations across the country- offering experience, building skills, and preparing the workforce of the future.
Who Can Apply (Eligibility):
- Nigerian citizen
- Fresh graduate (BSc/HND, 2022 or later)
- Min: 2:2 (BSc) or Upper Credit (HND)Age ≤ 30, Unemployed
- Completed NYSC or exempted
- Committed to career & national development
- Good communication & professional conduct
