The Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) shortlist has been released. Applicants who participated in the recent NIS recruitment can now verify if their names appear among the shortlisted candidates under the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB). The NIS 2025 shortlist is one of the most anticipated updates for all candidates who applied in the latest recruitment exercise.
Shortlisted candidates will be required to take part in the Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBT) at designated Nigeria Immigration Service centers nationwide. The aptitude test date and venue will be clearly stated in your invitation slip after checking your status.
How to Check Nigeria Immigration Service Shortlist 2025
- Visiting the NIS shortlist portal https://www.immigrationrecruitment.org.ng
- Entering your Application ID (e.g., NIS/ASI-40/100021) or your Phone Number.
- Clicking Submit to view your application status.
- Printing your Aptitude Test Details and Screening Invitation Letter if shortlisted.
- You should also check your email regularly, as the NIS will send notifications to successful applicants.
NIS Screening Requirements 2025
Shortlisted candidates are expected to come to the screening venue with the following items:
- Original and photocopies of academic credentials
- Two blue PT shortsTwo white vests
- Writing materials (pen, pencil, etc.)
- Recent passport photographs
- A pair of canvas shoes
- Completed Referee/Guarantor’s Form
- Printed Confirmation Slip with ID Number
- Screening Invitation Letter
