INVITATION TO TENDER
(1.0) INTRODUCTION
The Kano State Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, in its continuous effort to scale up the standard of infrastructure delivery as well as general Socio-Economic wellbeing of its teeming citizenry, intends to construct the following projects at strategic locations in the State.

Construction of Kura – Kubarachi Road & Bridge
Construction of Tudun Yola Road (from Gwarzo Road – Dansudu Link)
Reconstruction of Governor’s Lodge at Kwankwasiyya City
Rehabilitation/Renovation. of Audu Bako Secretariat offices complex
Dualization of Government House Roundabout – Lodge Road – Race Course Road – Daula Hotel Roundabout
Rehabilitation of Madobi Bridge – Madobi – Yako – Kafin Maiyaki/Yako Junction – Kiru Road
However, the application is open to voluntarily formed joined ventures.
(2.0) Bidding Requirements
All interested companies are requested to:
(a) Submit a comprehensive document containing the following particulars:
(viii) Evaluation.
(ix) Evidence of compliance with Section 6(i) – (3) of the ITF Amendment Act No. 19 of 2011 for the last one (1) year.

Evidence of recent registration with COREN. Copy of recent Registration with PENCOM. Copy of recent Registration with NSITF. Copy of Business premises license.
Applicants are also required to:
Evidence of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years. Company Audited Account for recent three years.
Technical Qualification and experience of Key personnel.
Evidence of Financial Capability.
Evidence of similar projects executed in the State for the last three years. Evidence of works registration with Kano State Government.
Evidence of registration with Ministry for Public Procurement, Monitoring &
(i)
Tenders Board – Planning, Research Stamp; Statistics Department, Ministry of Works Housing, Kano State.
Obtain the bidding documents from the office of the Secretary Special Ministerial
(ii) Submit all bids and other bidding documents in sealed envelope.
- (iii) Submit a bid security in an amount not less than 3% of the bid price.
- (iv) Bid security or any other bidding documents will not be accepted when the bidding
process has commenced.

(3.0) Submission of the Prequalification Document
Submission of document must be received in sealed envelope which is to be either delivered by hand or registered mail, not later than Two Weeks from the date of this advert (7 December, 2023). The document shall be forwarded in an envelope to the address below containing on the top right-hand corner of the envelope. This should be addressed to:

(i) It is worth noting that the process is not bound to consider only the lowest bidder, Other factors may be reckoned.
