Role Overview
As a Leasing Officer, you’ll oversee leasing activities, maintain high occupancy rates, and deliver exceptional service to current and potential tenants.
Tenant Relations:
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants.
- Manage documentation for leasing, renewals, and renovations.
- Resolve tenant concerns professionally.
Administrative Duties:
- Keep accurate records of leases and renewals.
- Prepare occupancy and market trend reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 2–3 years’ experience in leasing or property management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Experience with maintenance tasks is a plus.
