Position: Mall / Leasing Officer

Location: Nigeria

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

As a Leasing Officer, you’ll oversee leasing activities, maintain high occupancy rates, and deliver exceptional service to current and potential tenants.

Tenant Relations:

  • Maintain positive relationships with tenants.
  • Manage documentation for leasing, renewals, and renovations.
  • Resolve tenant concerns professionally.

Administrative Duties:

  • Keep accurate records of leases and renewals.
  • Prepare occupancy and market trend reports.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in leasing or property management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with maintenance tasks is a plus.
