Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of FAAF’s office and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle documentation, filing, and correspondence.
  • Provide logistics support for meetings, trainings, and fieldwork.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment records.
  • Assist with scheduling and calendar management.
  • Support finance and HR with routine admin tasks.

Requirements:

  • OND/HND/Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good communication and multitasking skills.
