Head of Research Abuja | Salary: N400,000

Requirements:

1. Five years of proven experience in quantitative and qualitative research, preferably in a data and research focused NGO.
2. Excellent skills in quantitative data analysis and qualitative insights.
3. Strong knowledge and experience with various research and data analysis methods, including tools such as KoboToolbox, ODK Platform, and Microsoft Excel.
4. Keen attention to detail, ability to work as part of a team, and capability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to deadlines.

Job Summary:

Lead Invictus Africa’s data and research work by designing research strategies, managing research teams, and ensuring that findings inform effective advocacy, policymaking, and social impact. This role involves overseeing the design and development of both qualitative and quantitative research that aligns with our vision, ensuring our data and research work is timely, credible, and accurate. Additionally, it requires curating, analyzing data, and producing reports in a user-friendly format, all while driving data-driven advocacy and monitoring the effectiveness of policies and interventions.
