Federal Fire Service Recruitment 2025 – CDFCIB

The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) is seeking suitably qualified candidates to fill into the existing Mid-Management positions in the Federal Fire Service.

Positions

  • Deputy Controller of Fire (DCF), CONPASS 14
  • Assistant Controller of Fire, CONPASS 13
  • Chief Superintendent of Fire, CONPASS 12
  • Superintendent of Fire, CONPASS 11
  • Deputy Superintendent of Fire, CONPASS 10

Method Of Application

  • Interested applicants shall be required to submit their applications including scanned and attached documents through the Board’s E-MAIL: info@cdcfib.gov.ng Within One Week Of This Publication.
  • Eligible applicants should NOTE that they can apply for only ONE position and that multiple applications will automatically disqualify a candidate.

Statutory Requirements For The Positions

  • Applicants must be an employee from Federal, States or Local Governments’ Ministries, Department and Agencies (MDAs).
  • Applicants must have a minimum height of 1.65metres for Males and 1.60metres for Females.
  • Applicants must be physically/mentally fit.
  • Applicants must apply to the Secretary to the Board via dedicated e-mail: info@cdcfib.gov.ng;
  • Applicants must possess Letter of Identification from his/her Local Government of Origin;
  • Applicants must possess evidence of Confirmation of Appointment;
  • Applicants must submit three (3) years APER/PMS as applicable;
  • Applicants must submit Certified True Copy (CTC) of Record of Service.
  • Applicants must not have any criminal record;
  • Applicants must submit copy(ies) of letter of previous appointment(s);
  • Applicant must possess Medical Certificate of Fitness from a Government recognized hospital;
  • Applicants must be free from any financial embarrassment;
  • Personnel of the Paramilitary Services are not eligible to apply.

Applications must be submitted via dedicated Board’s E-MAIL and documents be submitted in pdf format not later than 15th December, 2025.
