Position: Administrative Support Officer

We are currently seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Administrative Support Officer to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong administrative skills and a passion for ensuring smooth daily operations within a fast-paced, technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and making travel arrangements.
  • Maintain both physical and electronic filing systems; ensure proper document control and retrieval.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail.
  • Assist in the preparation and compilation of regular administrative and operational reports.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and source cost-effective suppliers.
  • Provide professional support to office visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coordinate and enforce office procedures and ensure company policies are followed.
  • Support Human Resources activities including recruitment processes, onboarding of new employees, and updating personnel records.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Social Sciences or any relevant field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience in an administrative or HR support role.
  • Must have completed NYSC.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
