About the Role
As a Producer/Presenter, you will be at the forefront of our multimedia production, responsible for developing and delivering compelling stories, interviews, and features. Working closely with our editorial team, you’ll play a key role in shaping narratives that resonate with our audience across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, script, and produce high-quality programs, documentaries, and news features.
- Host and present programs with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.
- Research and pitch creative content ideas aligned with audience interests.
- Conduct engaging interviews with experts, newsmakers, and influencers.
- Collaborate with videographers, editors, and other production staff to ensure top-notch content delivery.
- Stay updated with trends in media and adapt content for digital platforms.
Requirements
- A degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a producer or presenter in a media organization.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong editorial judgment and a knack for storytelling.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in audio and video editing tools is an added advantage.
