Internship in Wood Technology / Furniture & Interior Design (Abroad)

AFP Furniture Production, a subsidiary of Julius Berger with 350 employees, is a leader in furniture and interior design. It manages a range of projects nationwide, including work for private clients, state institutions, and Julius Berger’s in-house fittings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in optimizing material planning and production flow
  • Supporting initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and waste reduction
  • Facilitating coordination between design, production, purchasing, and logistics teams
  • Engaging in hands-on, international project work for 5–6 months

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Currently in at least the 4th semester of a Bachelor’s degree in Wood Technology or related field
  • Current enrollment certificate
  • Proficiency in German and English (B2 level)
  • Interest in working within a multicultural, international project team
  • Team player with initiative
  • Familiarity with MS Office and CAD/CAM tools
  • Available for a 5–6 month internship (please specify your preferred period)
