Yet many are constrained by infrastructure gaps, high operating costs, and limited access to practical growth support. The EridanSeed Programme is designed to change that narrative.
Eridan City is inviting applications from growth-ready Nigerian SMEs to participate in the EridanSeed SME Scale Programme—a structured funding and co-building initiative aimed at helping established businesses overcome operational bottlenecks and unlock sustainable growth.

Many African SMEs struggle to scale not because of a lack of ideas, but due to weak infrastructure and insufficient hands-on support.
EridanSeed addresses this challenge by combining capital, operational guidance, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem access, helping SMEs transition from survival mode to sustainable, scalable growth.
Program Overview
EridanSeed is a 12-month SME scale programme that blends capital, infrastructure support, and hands-on mentorship.
Selected SMEs will work closely with the Eridan team to strengthen operations, improve resilience, and develop new growth engines for their businesses.
Program Structure
Phase 1: Exploration (3 Months)
- Conduct in-depth business diagnostics to identify operational gaps, infrastructure constraints, and untapped growth opportunities
- Develop tailored strategies and solutions to address key challenges
Phase 2: Execution (9 Months)
- Receive $25,000 growth funding per SME
- Implement hands-on operational support to drive traction, optimize systems, and scale sustainably
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be a registered Nigerian SME
- Operate a revenue-generating business
- Have at least 2 years of operational experience
- Ensure the founder or management team is actively involved in daily operations
- Demonstrate clear growth potential and scalability
- Operate in any sector
- Be willing to commit fully to the 12-month programme
