Job Title: Finance Intern
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: N80,000 – N120,000 monthly.
Job Description
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Manage receivables collection process, including invoicing clients, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
- Prepare documentation and assist with tax fillings,ensuring compliance with local regulations and deadlines.
- Coordinate and facilitate statutory audits, providing necessary documentation to auditors as required.
- Maintain accurate manual and electronic filing systems for invoices,receipts and other financial documents.
- Assist in financial reporting processes, including preparation of financial statements, budget and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with other members of the finance team to support day to day operations and special projects as needed.
- Stay up to date with changes in financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Accounting or other finance-related disciplines.
- 0 – 1 year of experience. (Fresh graduate or NYSC candidate).
- Good Communication, Analytical skills, Critical thinking, Have good administrative and organization skills, the use of Microsoft office and other accounting software.
