General Requirements
All applicants, irrespective of position, must possess any of the following qualifications:
- Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE),
- National Examinations Council (NECO),
- West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE), or
- General Certificate of Education (GCE) O’Level
with at least five (5) credits including Mathematics and English Language.
In addition, applicants must be ICT-compliant with proven digital skills.
Academic Staff Positions & Qualifications
Senior Lecturer
- Ph.D. in relevant field.
- Minimum of six (6) years teaching/research experience in a university or recognized research institution.
- Strong record of scholarly publications.
- Fellowship certificates (e.g., FWACS, FNMC, FWACP) are acceptable for Clinical and Basic Clinical Sciences.
Lecturer I
- Ph.D. in relevant field.
- At least three (3) years of teaching/research experience in a university or research institution.
- Demonstrated teaching or research competence.
Lecturer II
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree with a strong CGPA (for those pursuing a Ph.D.).
- Evidence of ongoing research.
- At least one published journal article.
Assistant Lecturer
- Master’s degree or its equivalent.
- Applicants without a Master’s may be considered if they show strong academic performance and research progress.

- NYSC Discharge/Exemption Certificate.
Executive Officer (Accounts)
- Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Accounting.
- Must also meet the general O’Level requirements.
Higher Technical Officer (ICT/Computer Studies)
- B.Sc. in Computer Science from a recognized institution.
- NYSC Discharge/Exemption Certificate.
