Program Requirements

    • A university degree with a minimum of a Second Class Upper Division.
    • Professional certifications (optional but advantageous).
  2. Service Requirement:
    • Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
  3. Key Skills:
    • Strong analytical and communication abilities.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with diverse individuals.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Proficiency in computer applications is an added advantage.
  4. Personal Attributes:
    • Adaptability and willingness to handle varied tasks across locations.
    • Commitment to personal and organizational growth.

  5. Language Proficiency:
    • Advanced written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate confidently in professional settings.
  6. Identification:
    • A valid means of identification (Driver’s License, National ID, International Passport, or Voter’s Card).

Available Roles

  • Tech Roles: ₦4.5M – ₦6.8M per annum
  • Sales Roles: ₦7.5M – ₦7.8M per annum
  • Other Roles: ₦3.8M – ₦6.7M per annum

Application Process

  1. Application Review:
    The HR team will evaluate applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and suitability.
  2. Online Assessments:
    Selected candidates will take online tests, including skills assessments and situational judgment exercises.
  3. Assessment Center:
