Qualifications for the Fresh Graduates Account Program
- Minimum of a B.Sc. in Accounting from a reputable university
- Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Ability to manage workload under pressure with flexibility, proactivity, and efficiency
Key Responsibilities
- Reconciling all bank accounts
- Performing general accounting and bookkeeping tasks
- Processing invoices, expense forms, and payment requests
- Maintaining accounting records, filing systems, and digital records
- Handling general clerical tasks, including correspondence, filing, and photocopying
- Assisting in cash and cheque disbursements
- Generating invoices for business partners and following up on payments
- Verifying sales invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Supporting various administrative duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations
