Fellowship Program
The fellowship program aims to cultivate emerging leaders in sustainable finance. Participants will engage in firmwide and divisional programming, providing ample networking opportunities with senior management and other representatives through lunches, seminars, and social activities.

Roles and Responsibilities
Fellowship projects will vary by team, but responsibilities may include:

Compensation
The expected base pay rate for this role is $135,000 per year at the start of employment. This base pay is part of a total compensation package, which may also include discretionary bonuses and other benefits sponsored by Morgan Stanley.
