Requirements Responsibilities:

  • Program Development & Management:Design, plan, and implement programs and initiatives that align with the Nationhood Community’s mission and vision.
  • Develop strategies to mobilize members and stakeholders to take collective action on societal challenges.
  • Oversee the execution of programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Advocacy & Community Engagement:Lead advocacy efforts to raise awareness about key societal issues and drive citizen action.
  • Build and nurture relationships with community members, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Organize and manage events, workshops, and campaigns to engage members and promote the community’s goals.
  • Member Mobilization & Support:Develop and implement strategies to grow and retain the Nationhood Community’s membership base.
  • Create opportunities for members to contribute their skills, resources, and ideas to community initiatives.
  • Provide support and guidance to members, fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment.
  • Partnerships & Collaborations:Identify and establish partnerships with organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to amplify the community’s impact.
  • Collaborate with partners to co-create and execute programs that address societal challenges.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation:Track and measure the impact of programs and initiatives, using data to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.
  • Prepare regular reports on program performance, member engagement, and community impact.
  • Communication & Advocacy:Work with the communications team to develop and disseminate content that inspires action and raises awareness about the Nationhood Community’s initiatives.
  • Represent the Nationhood Community at events, conferences, and media engagements.

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience
  • Degree in a related field
