Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk and Compliance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to internal policies, regulations, standards, regulatory codes, and approved risk management frameworks. They will also support the processes for identifying, controlling, managing, and reporting operational risk.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, risk management, or a related field
– Relevant post-graduate/professional qualification
– Membership to a relevant professional body is an advantage
– 8-10 years of cognate experience
– Experience in financial services, specifically operations or audit, is an added advantage
– Knowledge of operational risk and compliance best practices
– Good knowledge of operational risk measurement methodologies
