The 2025 ECM Graduate Internship Program offers an exceptional platform for aspiring professionals to acquire practical experience, enhance their skills, and contribute meaningfully to developmental and humanitarian projects.

Internship Categories

Procurement & Logistics Intern

  • Location: Remote (Borno, Nigeria)
  • Qualification: BSc/HND/BA

Responsibilities:

  • Support the procurement team in sourcing and managing supplies.
  • Coordinate logistics for project implementation.
  • Maintain and update inventory records.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Enrolled in or a graduate of a tertiary institution.
  • Available to commit to at least six months of volunteer work.
  • Strong passion for humanitarian services and logistics.
  • Able to work three days a week (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM).
  • Committed to ECM’s mission and values.

Finance Intern

  • Location: Remote (Borno, Nigeria)
  • Qualification: BSc/HND/BA in Accounting

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with financial reporting and budget preparation.
  • Support in auditing and expense tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Accounting graduates (University or Polytechnic).
  • Enrolled in or a graduate of a tertiary institution.
  • Willing to volunteer for at least six months.
  • Strong analytical and teamwork skills.
  • Alignment with ECM’s values.

HR & Admin Intern

  • Location: Remote (Borno, Nigeria)
  • Qualification: BSc/HND/BA

Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Manage administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Assist in staff welfare initiatives.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Enrolled in or a graduate of a tertiary institution.
  • Available for a six-month internship period.
  • Interest in human resources and administration.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Assist in planning and implementing developmental programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate ongoing projects.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Program Intern

  • Location: Remote (Borno, Nigeria)
  • Qualification: BSc/HND/BA
