During the 24 months with us, you may go through a Structured Rotational track or Specialized track, under different functions. It will allow you to learn different businesses or functions within Schneider Electric, through a series of accelerated induction and programs. Requirements
2026 Graduate Trainee Program – Nigeria, West Africa
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, and Robotics Engineering .
- Must be a recent graduate 2025 academic year or graduating within the next 6 months.
Available and committed to working onsite, with a strong interest in hands-on, field-based technical work
2026 Graduate Trainee Program – Process Automation – Nigeria, West Africa - A Bachelor’s degree in Automation & Control Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Embedded Systems Engineering.
- Relevant internship experience within process control, industry control, oil & gas or energy & chemical environment.
- Available and committed to working onsite, with a strong interest in hands-on, field-based technical work.
