About the Role
A.G. Leventis (Nigeria) Limited is seeking young, dynamic, and analytical graduates to join its Graduate Trainee Program as Fleet Controllers. This role is designed to train and develop candidates in fleet operations, real-time tracking, delivery coordination, and supply chain logistics within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Fleet Tracking & Monitoring: Track truck movements and route progress in real time using GPS tracking and fleet management systems.

Delivery Coordination: Maintain continuous communication with delivery officers to monitor trip status, turnaround times, and delivery schedules.

Issue Resolution: Identify and assist in resolving operational bottlenecks, route deviations, breakdowns, and delivery delays.

Reporting & Data Management: Compile daily fleet status reports, operational dashboards, and maintain accurate records for logistics performance analysis.

Process Optimization: Assist in identifying efficiency gaps to improve fleet utilization and reduce turnaround times.
Eligibility & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 0–2 years of post-graduation experience (suitable for entry-level candidates and recent graduates).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data reporting.

NYSC: Must possess a valid NYSC Discharge Certificate or Exemption Letter.

Attributes: Strong analytical mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work across company locations.
