About the Role
WorkAtlas Consult is seeking an organized and customer-centric Client Experience Associate to manage front-facing client relations and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of a modern workspace facility along Zoo Road, Kano.
This hybrid role integrates front-desk management, client onboarding, account administration, facility maintenance coordination, and workspace tours.
Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and members, coordinate account setup, manage billing/invoicing, and maintain contract records.

Facility Management: Oversee workspace setups, meeting room bookings, and operational standards across shared spaces and private offices.

Operations & Maintenance: Monitor utilities, internet connectivity, and equipment; coordinate routine tasks with security, janitorial staff, and vendors.

Occupancy & Retention: Lead workspace tours for prospective corporate clients and support overall occupancy growth and retention metrics.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in customer service, administrative support, hospitality, or client account management.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience utilizing CRM tools or facility management software is an added advantage.
