Available Positions & Requirements
1. Sales Manager

Role Summary: Lead and develop Field Sales Agents, execute territory sales strategies, drive loan/product disbursements, and monitor field performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
-
Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage a team of field agents.
-
Develop territory sales plans, set daily/monthly targets, and conduct regular field visits.
-
Track applications, disbursements, collections, and overall team performance using CRM tools.
-
Coordinate with internal Risk, Credit, Compliance, and HR teams.
-

Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
-
2–4 years of experience in field sales, business development, microfinance, or fintech.
-
At least 1 year of experience in a sales supervisory or team lead role.

2. Field Sales Agent
-
Role Summary: Identify and acquire new customers, generate pre-qualified leads, promote digital financial products, and support merchant onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
-
Promote OPay financial products and guide merchants/customers through application processes.
-
Conduct direct field outreach, customer acquisition, and deposit mobilization within assigned territories.

Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:
-
Minimum of OND in any discipline.
-
1–3 years of experience in direct sales, microfinance, agency banking, or consumer finance.

Basic proficiency with smartphones, digital reporting platforms, and MS Office.

3. Field Sales Verification Officer

Role Summary: Conduct physical field visits to applicants’ business locations, homes, and guarantors to verify details, evaluate credit capacity, and mitigate fraud risks.

Key Responsibilities:
-
Validate business operations, inventory, customer flow, and income reports.
-
Detect and escalate red flags or fraudulent documentation to risk teams.
-
Submit structured physical verification reports via digital apps.

Qualifications:
-
OND or HND in any discipline.
-
1+ year of experience in credit appraisal, field verification, or risk assessment preferred (entry-level applicants willing to learn can apply).

Strong observational, investigative, and reporting skills.
