Available Positions & Qualifications
1. Alumni & Mentorship Officer

Role Level: Experienced Non-Manager (4–7 years experience)

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related fields (Master’s is an added advantage).

Key Responsibilities: Lead operational delivery of TEF’s alumni engagement and mentorship programmes across Africa, manage alumni databases, coordinate mentor recruitment, and track business impact.
2. Brand Officer

Role Level: Experienced Non-Manager (Minimum 5 years experience)

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities: Manage TEF’s brand identity across digital and traditional platforms, design visual assets, support purpose-driven storytelling campaigns, and maintain global brand guidelines.
3. Research Manager

Role Level: Manager (Minimum 10 years experience)

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, Political Economy, Business, or Statistics.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategic revival of the Africapitalism Institute, drive policy-relevant pan-African research, design econometric models, analyze large datasets, and engage global think tanks.
