About the Role
New Incentives – All Babies Are Equal Initiative is seeking qualified internal candidates for the position of Assistant Field Manager. The organization operates a cash-transfer programme in partnership with State Primary Healthcare Development Boards to encourage caregivers to complete routine infant immunization schedules.
The Assistant Field Manager will support Field Managers in executing cash-transfer disbursements at public health clinics, supervising Field Officers, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and ensuring high-quality programme implementation across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities

Disbursements & Operations: Support Field Managers with conditional cash-transfer disbursements at assigned public health clinics.

Team Supervision: Supervise, mentor, and provide operational leadership to assigned Field Officers.

Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear and positive working relationships with clinic personnel, local government health officials, and community leaders.

Financial & Data Management: Account for programme funds with strict accuracy and collect, review, and interpret relevant health and vaccination data.

Fieldwork Coverage: Work directly at remote public clinics and field locations for a minimum of four days per week.
Requirements & Qualifications

Eligibility: Open exclusively to current employees of New Incentives (applications must be submitted using official organizational emails).

Education: Minimum of a National Diploma (ND), preferably in Health, Natural Sciences, or a related field.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and local languages/dialects of the operational regions, particularly Hausa (must specify fluency levels in the cover letter).

Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with the Nigerian healthcare system, clinic documentation, and infant vaccination records.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), smartphone apps, and digital data collection tools.

Location & Travel: Ability to reside or access accommodation in operational LGAs/towns and willingness to relocate as required.
