Role Overview:
Successful candidates will contribute to business growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across various functions. Responsibilities vary by role but generally include managing operations, supporting merchants and customers, driving business development, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Demographics
POS Officers will oversee transaction processes and support merchants, while Business Development roles (KA-BD and MM-BD) will focus on acquiring, onboarding, and managing key accounts and merchant relationships. Market Officers will execute field activities and drive adoption in assigned locations.
Customer and Merchant Support Officers will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality service experiences. The Direct Sales Manager (DSM) will lead field teams, drive performance, and ensure the achievement of business targets.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:
- SSCE
- OND
- HND
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Master’s Degree or equivalent
