Layal Jade Tinubu Unoella Foundation is pleased to announce the launch of the second edition of its flagship empowerment program, “Be Empowered!” 2025. This initiative is designed to support and empower young women entrepreneurs in Nigeria, providing them with the necessary resources and funding to start, sustain, and scale their businesses.

    Empowerment Fund:

As part of this initiative, the Layal Jade Tinubu Unoella Foundation will be disbursing an Empowerment Fund of ₦60 million among select beneficiaries. This funding will be allocated to support the growth and development of women-led enterprises, with a focus on innovative and scalable business ideas.

    – Provide financial support to young women entrepreneurs to start or scale their businesses
    – Offer training, mentorship, and networking opportunities to empower women entrepreneurs
    – Foster a community of women entrepreneurs who can support and learn from each other
    – Promote women’s economic empowerment and contribute to the growth of the Nigerian economy

    Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the “Be Empowered!” initiative, applicants must meet the following criteria:

    – Be a female entrepreneur between the ages of 18 and 35
    – Have a viable business idea or an existing business that is less than 3 years old
    – Be a Nigerian citizen or resident
    – Demonstrate a clear understanding of their business and its potential for growth

    Application Process:

Interested applicants can submit their applications online through the foundation’s website. The application process will involve a series of evaluations, including a review of business plans, financial projections, and personal statements.

We look forward to supporting the growth and development of women-led enterprises in Nigeria through the “Be Empowered!” initiative.
