of adolescents through advocacy, education, and research harnessing the available resources in the
communities.
Job Summary - We are seeking a highly motivated and organized program officer to join our team
- The program officer will lead and coordinate all projects focused on providing timely and
effective assistance to the target audience. - The role requires strategic planning, program development, and management to ensure the
delivery of high-quality services in alignment with organizational values and mission. - The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, extensive field experience, and
commitment to improving the lives of the most vulnerable population.
Job Role - Design and develop new programs or initiatives per the organization’s mission and goals.
- Conduct needs assessments, research best practices, and develop strategies.
- Oversee and manage program activities, ensuring adherence to the project plan.
- Collect and analyze data, evaluate program outcomes, and prepare progress reports.
Your Profile: Education & Experience - University degree or HND degree in public health, and social sciences.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Experience working in collaboration with other teams—such as fundraising, program
management, or field teams - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, data analysis and interpretation
- Experience working or volunteering in the nonprofit sector is preferred, especially with
NGOs, advocacy groups, or community organizations.
Job Title: Content Writer (Volunteer)
Job Role: - Develop content for awareness campaigns, including social media posts, newsletters,
website content, and press releases. - Collaborate with campaign teams to create content that informs the public about social
issues, encourages participation, and raises funds. - Create narratives that resonate emotionally with the audience, showcasing the challenges
communities face and the impact of the NGO’s work. - Use credible sources and data to support content, ensuring accuracy and relevance in all
communications.
Your profile: Education and Experience - University degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Public Relations, Marketing, or
Social Sciences.
