  • Build trust and rapport with merchants using empathetic communication and a customer-first approach.
  • Assist merchants in account setup, configuration, and achieving their first value milestones.
  • Collaborate with the support team to resolve technical issues encountered during onboarding.
  • Monitor merchant progress, ensuring optimal platform utilization.
  • Evaluate onboarding trends and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Work cross-functionally with support and account management teams to enhance onboarding strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  • Entry-level experience (0-2 years).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Metrics-driven mindset with a proven ability to exceed performance goals.
  • Familiarity with tools like Freshdesk, CRM software, Slack, and Google Suite (a plus).
