Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional passionate about sustainable development and eager to make a global impact?

The One Young World Programmes Fellowship 2025 is now accepting applications! One Young World is searching for three new Programmes Fellows to help bring the ambitious vision for the 2025 Munich Summit to life.

As a Programmes Fellow, you’ll work closely with young leaders worldwide, from social entrepreneurs to tech innovators, gaining hands-on experience and building essential skills in a department tailored to your strengths.

What You’ll Do

As part of the Programmes Team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that young leaders worldwide can participate in the One Young World Summit, regardless of financial or geographic barriers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Outreach & Engagement: Research and connect with impactful young leaders to ensure they’re aware of and can apply for One Young World’s programs.
  • Admissions Support: Assist in the admissions process to ensure the best candidates are selected.
  • Logistical Coordination: Provide hands-on support to participants, including helping with visa applications, booking flights, reserving accommodations, and responding to inquiries.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records to support seamless program administration.
  • Summit Support: Serve as the main contact for delegates attending the Summit, representing over 190 countries!

Eligibility

Ideal candidates for this role will:

  • Demonstrate a strong interest in current affairs, sustainability, and global issues.
  • Be efficient, organized, and capable of managing complex administrative tasks.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Thrive in team settings, take initiative, and handle high-pressure environments effectively.
  • Have strong communication skills and a professional demeanor in phone interactions.
  • Be fluent in English (fluency in additional languages is a plus).
  • Have legal authorization to work in the UK and ideally be based near London or be ready to relocate by January 2025.
