Mercy Corps is seeking for a legally registered companies specialized in Borehole rehabilitation to obtain and submit tender for the above market.
Method of Submission:
If you are interested in submitting a bid, you will need to complete the guidelines below.
The suppliers can download the Intent to Bid Form and supplier Information Form on this website www.mcnigeria.com/tenders
Interested Companies MUST SUBMIT the information below:
- Completed Intent to Bid form and Supplier Information Form
- Company Business Registration – Corporate Affairs Corporation (CAC)
- Valid Company Tax Clearance Certificate – (2021, 2022, 2023)
Send the above documents in one pdf file to
ng-tenders@mercycorps.org using the Tender Reference number NIG MDG TEN97 as the subject line of the email.
Completed applications must be submitted to Mercy Corps by 6th January 2025 through the email below.
After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the Request for Bid will be sent to the suppliers who submitted Intent to Bid Forms. The Request for Bid will be sent according to the preference you have mentioned in the Intent to Bid Form.
