Since 2017, the Pollicy Fellowship has empowered Africa’s next wave of changemakers—students, creatives, technologists, researchers, and community organizers—by cultivating civic technology, digital rights, and feminist data practices grounded in African realities.
This is more than a fellowship—it’s a movement. It’s your opportunity to co-create meaningful work, drive digital policy, strengthen communities, and champion lasting change.
If you’re driven by curiosity, community, and purpose—we want you.
